The Honest Little Sparrow – A Moral Bedtime Story for Kids

In a peaceful forest filled with tall trees and sweet songs of

 birds, lived a little sparrow named Chinu.

Chinu was small, cheerful, and known for

 one special thing—she was always honest.

A heartwarming   bedtime story that   teaches honesty and   kindness.

One sunny morning, while flying near the river, Chinu found something shiny lying on the

 ground.

It was a beautiful golden ring.

She picked it up and looked around.

“Someone must have lost this,” she thought.

Just then, a crow flew down.

“Wow, Chinu! That’s a valuable ring,” said the crow. “You should keep it. No one will ever

 know.”

Chinu felt confused. The ring was beautiful, and she had never owned anything like it.

But deep inside, she knew it wasn’t hers.

“I can’t keep it,” she said softly. “It belongs to someone else.”

The crow laughed. “You’re too honest! You’ll miss your chance to be rich.”

Ignoring the crow, Chinu flew across the forest asking everyone,

“Did you lose a golden ring?”

After a long search, she found an old squirrel sitting sadly under a tree.

“What’s wrong?” Chinu asked.

“I lost my golden ring,” the squirrel said. “It was very special to me.”

Chinu smiled and gently placed the ring in the squirrel’s hands.

The squirrel’s eyes filled with joy. “Thank you, little sparrow! You are truly kind and honest.”

As a reward, the squirrel gave Chinu a small pouch of grains.

Chinu was happy—not because of the reward, but because she had done the right thing.

That night, as she rested in her nest, the stars seemed to shine brighter.

And Chinu slept peacefully, knowing her heart was light and true.
